You'll take over the making of a variety of dishes, which change according to season, so maybe you’ll start with typical bruschette as appetizers, followed by fresh hand-made pasta like ravioli or tagliatelle, and then dessert. You'll work alongside the chef, kneading dough, chopping vegetables, and simmering sauces.
