Thanks to the transfer service by bus, included in this full day group trip, you will leave from the center of Naples to reach comfortably the archaeological site of Pompeii: there, once bought your tickets (NOT included in the price of the tour; to buy directly the day of the eXPerience on spot), you will meet your guide* that will lead you to explore the ruins of this ancient Roman city, tragically devastated by the eruption of Vesuviusin 79 AD. After the guided tour* of Pompeii, you will visit a famous laboratory of cameos and coral, giving you the opportunity to see the manufacturing process and buy handmade products.

During this full day group tour, you will also have some free time for lunch (NOT included in the price of the tour). Later, you will come to Naples for a walking tour of the old town, where you can visit alleys, squares, churches, monuments and castles that are a heritage of a huge artistic and historical value.
Naples, the capital of the Campania region, is the largest and the most visited among the cities of Southern Italy. It is a beautiful city with thousand faces to be discovered: rich of myths and legends, culture and traditions, a place of great touristic interest, quoted in books, songs and movies.
You can walk through Spaccanapoli, the main street that divide in two the city center; visit the Church of Gesu Nuovo, which keeps priceless treasures; have shopping in the Galleria Umberto I; or relax in the beautiful Piazza del Plebiscito, dominated by the Royal Palace.
The historic centre of Naples preserves historical and artistic treasures of such importance that has been declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Walking through the picturesque streets of the centre you can cross twenty centuries of history, admiring monuments of different styles and periods: the ruins of the Greek and Roman colonies, the Cathedral, which houses the famous Chapel of San Gennaro (the Saint pPtron of the city), and the Castel dell'Ovo; finally various other monuments and attractions such as the Monastery of Santa Chiara and the Castel Nuovo, also called "Maschio Angioino".
