You'll meet the group in downtown Florence. From there, a comfortable minivan will take you out of Florence on a beautiful 25min drive. You will relax during the route admiring the beautiful colors of Chianti landscapes, unique in the world. As soon as you arrive in the location, you will meet the professional chef that will be with for this unforgettable half day. Before starting the cooking class, you will go checking the farmhouse garden looking for fresh products to be picked directly from the plants.
Your hands are anticipating to get dirty with flour and to hold a rolling pin to stretch your very own pizza.
Everyone will be able to prepare a home-made Pizza from scratch: first, the dough. Then, you'll make your elbows swing as you stretch your own Pizza with the rolling pin. Put your favorite toppings on top: you’ll learn to master the instant magical movement of the pizza peel and load your pizza straight into the oven in the blink of an eye.
While it rests a little while, you'll learn about Gelato (Italian Ice-Cream) making and its origins, and observe a demonstration of home-made gelato preparation.
