The family tour of Rome starts by meeting our friendly English-speaking guide, who will hand you the booklet which contains all the necessary information about the tour and much more.
Visiting Rome should be fun, so it all starts by singing together about the upcoming adventure, picking Latin names for the rest of the tour and learning a few Italian words, again by singing. This will allow the children to engage and participate, making everything a lot more unique. Families will also meet one another and take part in a magical trip through the heritage of Rome.
The first part of our exclusive tour of Rome for families and kids will explore the Forum area of Rome, learning about the beginning of the city, about Romulus and Remus, about the different aspects of life in ancient and Imperial Rome. Children will discover a lot of interesting information, learning about the gladiators in the Coliseum, about the Roman coins and numbers, taking part in a treasure hunt through the ruins of ancient Rome.
Next, the families will be guided towards one of the most beautiful places in Rome, the “Terrazza Caffarelli”, a terrace that allows a stunning panoramic view of Rome. Here, you can stay for lunch if you want or just end the tour there.
