Join a professional chef for a fun and participatory class on classic Italian cooking. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at a local restaurant in the heart of Rome and receive a glass or two of wine on the house!

Visit the centre of Rome together with a professional tour guide

First, we'll whet our appetites for the feast to come with a guided walking tour. Meet your seasoned guide and a small group of people. Passing through Rome's charming plazas, you'll visit many of Rome's iconic monuments. Our journey on foot begins at the magnificent Navona Square, where exemplary examples of Baroque architecture line the famous city square.
Navigate Rome's bustling streets and listen as your guide recounts the fascinating history of the Roman Empire. Enter Piazza della Rotonda and approach your next stop, the prodigious Pantheon. Once a temple to the ancient gods, this incredibly well-preserved piece of ancient architecture is now a church. Listen as your guide tells you about the Pantheon's fascinating two thousand year existence as the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome.

Enjoy a cooking classe with a professional chef

After 1.5 hours, end your walking tour at the famous Trevi Fountain. The largest Baroque fountain in the city, the Trevi has appeared in many well-known films. Don't forget to toss in a coin and make wish before heading on to your cooking class!
Now that walking has made us good and hungry, we'll head to a nearby restaurant and get started cooking! Meet your experienced chef with a small group, capped at 12 people to ensure an intimate, inclusive environment. Get ready to learn the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine, as well as some tips that you can take home!

Taste a traditional lunch made by yourself

Watch and learn as your chef guides you through the preparation of a traditional, 3-course Italian meal. Prepare 3 different types of pasta and of course a delicious dessert of classic Italian tiramisu. Finally, sit and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine. As we say in Italy, "Buon Appetito!"

Walking Tour & Cooking Class in Rome

We were especially happy with the cooking class. It took place at It's Amore' and we made pasta. The restaurant then prepared what we had made and served it with some delicious sauces, bread, and wine. Terrific! Would do over on another trip!
