Your local expert guide-driver will show you where the people of Cagliari buy the most delicious products among the wonderful stalls of cheeses, fish, meat and vegetables amid the screams and laughter of sellers and customers. This short market tour does not include tastings.
During this group tour you will be moved to a village about twenty minutes from Cagliari. In fact, your cooking class will take place in a traditional Sardinian house called "Campidanese". Once you arrived at your destination, you will meet your friendly local chef and start your practical cooking eXPerience.
Are you ready to learn how to make different types of traditional fresh pasta, such as "malloreddus", "ravioli" or "culurgiones"? This typical cooking lesson is strictly focused on the preparation of traditional fresh pasta.
Thanks to this fantastic group tour in Cagliari, Sardinia, during the cooking class you will be able to discover the little secrets of the local tradition.
