You will first reach Rifugio, at almost 2000 meters, stopping along the way to take in the beautiful views of the island from above. You will also get to learn more about the history of the Etna volcano and its surrounding area, the last eruptions and more amazing things.
The tour will continue on the Etna volcano and you will have to options to continue. You can either choose to hike along one of the nature paths of the natural park up to 2000 meters, or you can buy the optional excursion " Etna High Altitude", to arrive up to 3000meters.
From there, you will have an unbelievable panorama of Etna down to the Sea. The tour will also allow you to visit the famous craters, the lava flows and lava caves, guided by experienced alpinists in complete safety.
On the way off the mountain, you will also have the opportunity to visit the an organic farm in Zafferana Etna, famous for its delicious products like honey, wine and oil.
