After about 25 minutes drive from Florence, you will be welcomed and given a brief lesson to get acquainted with your horse, before a relaxed and easy hour horseback ride through a scenic landscape made of the typical Tuscan hillside, olive groves and vineyards. After the beautiful horse ride of about 1 hour and half, you will then reach a fascinating ancient olive oil mill in a noble estate, and given a guided tour of their spectacular spaces in a unique mix of ancient and modern setting, learning about the processes involved in producing olive oil. A taste of their gourmet olive oil will reveal all the incredible flavors that their passion and work generate. The horseback ride does NOT require previous experience. Please do NOT expect to trot or canter.
Please note horses can bear up to 220 lbs (100 kg). Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility.

However rain could prevent us from being able to offer an enjoyable and fully safe experience on the horse. In any case, clients should show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time, or contact the office in advance.
