After the departure from the centre of Florence, you and your group will reach by bus Umbria region and the city of Assisi. Our world-class guide will take you through the narrow, windy street of this pre-historic town and be awed by its beauty. After the visit of Assisi, you will move towards Tuscany region but on the way there will be a very pleasant stop in Umbria region, in the village of Passignano sul Trasimeno, a small village set on the Lake Trasimeno. The last stop of your day trip from Florence will be in Tuscany, the town of Cortona. You will get free time for visiting on your own this is a small yet amazing town that was built using the Etruscans, and it is famous for its famous architecture and spellbinding view over the surrounding landscape. It is not fare from othe beautiful Tuscan villages, such as Montepulciano. Furthermore, it is also well known in the world for being the set of the American movie "Under the Tuscan Sun", with Diane Lane. If you watched taht, you will for sure recognize the spots of the town! At end of the visit, the group will return to Florence.
