Shore Excursion by Fiat 500 from Livorno to Florence and Pisa

Clasp onto our half day drive tour with an original Fiat 500 car around the hills of Florence, driving through Piazzale Michelangelo to see the breath-taking view over the city and head out to Fiesole to catch one of the most incredible sightseeing spots.
This tour departs from Santa Maria Novella Station and as we finish our vintage tour of Florence, we will head towards Pisa for some free time touring and sightseeing before we return back to Livorno Port.

Panoramic views from Piazzale Michelangelo

Enjoy a unique few hours of this half day drive tour in the quick and speedy Fiat 500 car.
We will meet at Santa Maria Novella Station and depart from there. Our first stop is at Piazzale Michelangelo, where there is a replica of Michelangelo's statue of David in the centre of the square. Here you can enjoy the pretty scenery and this is the place that offers the best panoramic view point that overlooks the city of Florence.
Take this opportunity to capture memorable moments before we head off to San Miniato al Monte.

Florence's Basilica San Miniato al Monte

Departing from Piazzale Michelangelo, we will arrive at San Miniato al Monte in a few minutes. In this basilica, take your time in discovering the history of this ancient convent, the Olivetan Monastery. Situated atop one of the highest points in the city, it has been described as being one of the finest Romanesque structures in Tuscany.
Inside San Miniato al Monte, the interior is decorated with mosaics dated from the 12th century. Due to its hill top position, here you can enjoy more spectacular views over the city of Florence.

Fiesole Hills

After San Miniato, we will drive to a small village located just a few minutes away from Florence, the quaint village of Fiesole that is set in the picturesque hills of Florence. In this quaint village, you can take your time in viewing the Fiesole Cathedral, the 14th century rich Florentine villas and the still-in-use small Roman Theatre and its remains.
The hills of Fiesole provide an even more amazing panoramic view, where you will see the beautiful blend of the city and its natural hills.
After our tour, we will drive back to the city centre, ending our trip at Santa Maria Novella Station. Finishing the extraordinary experience of Florence's driving tour, we'll head towards Pisa, where you will be able to spend some free time before returning back to Livorno Port.
