Fantastic Rome Bike Tour

Greatest tour we went on in Rome. Our 2 teenagers loved it and our guide was awesome. Cecelia was the best tour guide ever. Showed us where to get the best food in town and where to go where the tourist do not get to see. It is a must tour. The bikes were very nice and in great shape. Even had a pack on it to keep your camera. Gave us water for the trip. Was not very hard to bike around Rome. Would suggest everyone give it a try. Thanks Cecelia! You are awesome!

Great Time

We (wife and two teens ) have also taken bike tours in Paris and Amsterdam where bikes are much more prevalent. Started having second thoughts about reserving the Rome city center night bike tour because of the summer crowds and the fact that we saw very, very few bikes on the roads. Glad we went. The guide was knowledgable, stopped for some beautiful views and took routes that avoided most, but not all, of the crowds. We found the route easy to navigate and would highly recommend. Enjoyed the night tour (it was July). Would be a good first day tour to get a handle on the different neighborhoods.

Best way to see Rome

My brother and I had only a few days in Rome. I like to start any new city with a walking or bike tour, to get a feel for the city itself, and this was absolutely the case with Top Bike. They were super responsive to our (late!) requests, and accommodated us to join a tour on Boxing Day. Our guide Emmanuello was excellent - he was passionate about the city, bike riding, and showing us some different things. He was definitely a people person, and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. He also gave some tips like don't bring a bag unless necessary to the major tourist attractions (so as to avoid long lines), which we used to our benefit during our time!

Something different

Was in Rome last year and decided to rent a bike to go around Rome instead of the usual hop on and off bus. It was indeed a wonderful experience. My husband and I even topped up our bike to an electric bike and we cycled with ease while enjoying the scenery around Rome. We stopped to have a drink at a back alley café and discovered more things about Rome instead. Highly recommend for travellers who want to explore something different. By the way, you don't have to be a cyclist to go for this tour... The course is not too difficult.....
